The Earle of Salisbury by William Byrd (1539-1623) - arranged for Brass Quintet by Brian Bindner.
William Byrd was an English composer of the Renaissance. He wrote in many of the forms current in England at the time, including various types of sacred and secular polyphony, keyboard (the so-called virginalist school) and consort music.
The famous Earl of Salisbury Pavan was composed the 14th February 1613, in memory of Robert Cecil, 1st Earl of Salisbury
