Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) - Praeludium in E-flat BWV 552 - for 10 piece Brass Choir - Arrangement by Michael Böttcher. Edition Hohenlohe

Johann Sebastian Bach's Prelude and Fugue in E flat major 'St. Anne', BWV 552 is a substantial piece, originally for the organ, that is a prime example of the composer's use of religious symbolism. The prelude and fugue form the opening and closing movements, respectively, of the Clavier-Übung III, which was published in September 1739. The fugue is known to English speakers as the St Anne fugue because its first few bars sound like the first line of the Anglican hymn tune Saint Anne (the tune to 'O God, Our Help in Ages Past')
