The First of All My Dreams Was Of - 2011 Album - Mp3
For his debut album, versatile trumpeter Thomas Bergeron marries classical and jazz performance practices without betraying the heart of either. The result is a crossbreed that allows each idiom to blossom brighter. Inspired by the piano music of Claude Debussy and a special affinity for chamber music, the project is based on Thomas’ belief that Debussy fans are inherently jazz fans and jazz fans are inherently Debussy fans, whether they know it or not.
